The ingredients are few and simple:
Flour, water, yeast, coconut oil, olive oil, honey, salt.
First, mix 1.5 cups of flour and a teaspoon of salt, then add a scant tablespoon of active dry yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of water with the honey and oils.
1 tablespoon of honey; 1 tablespoon of coconut oil; 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and mix for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add another 1.5 cups of flour.
You may need to add more water or more flour to get the right consistency; that's okay.
Just add small amounts at a time and mix well.
Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
Rise for an hour, or until doubled in size, and punch it down. Then shape it into loaf pan and let it rise until doubled again. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
